AVEC CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation or request to reschedule less than 24 hours in advance of your appointment will invoke a cancellation fee of 50% ($105) of the booked services. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will provide the service. If we cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. A credit card is required to make an appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide.

To all new clients. There are TWO forms to be completed (New Client Form, Patient History Form) , prior to your arrival at the clinic.
Please stay in your car with your pet to avoid overheating. The front door is kept locked. Call us when you arrive in the parking lot. As soon as we finish with the client before you, we will call you into the office.
For recheck appointments, please follow the protocol listed above to enter the practice.
